Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
Delivery
Raff is a digital product. It is delivered through the Apple App Store and is available immediately after download — nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.
Raff runs on the device itself. Once installed it works without an internet connection, so there is no service to be provisioned and nothing to wait for.
Price and cancellation
Raff is free to download and free to use. There is no setup fee, no charge per till and no contract, so there is nothing to cancel.
If a paid plan is offered in future it is an App Store subscription, sold and billed by Apple in your own currency. You can cancel it at any time on your device at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds for Raff itself
Purchases made through the App Store are sold by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your purchase history in the App Store.
Raff cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase, because Raff never receives that money. If Apple declines and you believe the charge was wrong, write to support@raff-app.com and we will help you make the case.
Refunds on sales you make to your own customers
This is the part that matters to a shop. When you take a card payment in Raff, the sale is between you and your customer. Raff is the till, not the payment processor: the money moves through your own account with a licensed payment gateway and settles into your own bank account. Raff never holds, routes or settles funds, and takes no commission on a sale.
To refund a customer, open that sale in Raff and use Return items. Raff records the return, puts the stock back on the shelf, and the refund is returned to the card that paid. How quickly it appears on the customer's statement is decided by their issuing bank — usually a few business days.
Because Raff never holds the money, it cannot refund your customer on your behalf, and it cannot reverse a payment for you. Your own shop's refund policy is the one that applies to your customers, and it is yours to set and to display.
Prices, sales and refunds in Saudi Arabia are in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Every sale and every return produces a document — a receipt, or a ZATCA-style simplified tax invoice with Arabic item lines and the QR code.
Disputes and chargebacks
A dispute raised by a cardholder is handled between the shop, the shop's payment gateway and the card issuer, under that gateway's own agreement with the shop. Raff is not a party to it, but the audit trail Raff keeps — the sale, the receipt, the movement history — is exportable and is usually what settles the question.
